At H2O Divers we are lucky to have a great crew. Each member of the team has been carefully appointed by our Chief Instructor and a senior member of H2O Divers management. The management team has had many years of experience working in busy dive centres and managing them. Through our experience we have learnt what makes a good crew; and we don’t just have good Divemasters and Instructors, we want the best.

Creating ‘an experience’ for each and every client is a must. Each diver must leave Malta with one thing on their mind, H2O Divers…and we will be back!

We have a large team of experienced crew all from different fields as you can see from the portfolio below, not just fully fledged Diving Professionals but all experienced in creating the ultimate scuba diving experience.  This is what makes us different.

Steve Clough Scuba Diving Malta H2o DiversSteve started diving at the ripe old age of eleven, his first dive was in fact in Malta just off Qawra point, which to today is still one of his favorite dive sites on Malta. Although he does not get into the water as much as he used to he still manages a good number of dives throughout the summer months.  Steve's role is very much land based, looking after the diving operation as a whole. During Steve's diving career he has managed two PADI Five Star Instructor Development Centres and a PADI Gold Palm Resort.

Steve has qualifications in the leisure and tourism industry encompassing marketing, human resources and business development. Over the last few years he has also been the Chairman of the Professional Diving Schools Association, which its main role is to steer the Maltese Diving industry in the right direction.

Steve Watkinson Meet Team Scuba Diving Malta H2o DiversSteve has accomplished loads since taking on the role as Resort Manager at H2O Divers - Golden Sands.  As well as implementing many new ideas to enhance our divers overall experience, he even had to buy a suit because of all the award ceremonies that he has had to attend!

Steve is a PADI Pro trained solely in the UK and after working at UK based dive centres for many years decided that he wanted to broaden his horizons and experience a warmer sunnier locations within the dive industry. After a number of years traveling and working all around the globe, he has now settled in Malta. His experience as a dive pro is extensive and with many years under his belt, Steve brings a lot of knowledge and ideas to H2O Divers.

Her first dive was done late November in a cold quarry in the UK but she has never looked back! Having dived in the Med, Atlantia and Red Sea. Vicky loves all aspects to the sport of scuba diving and has joined the H20 team in Malta to take this up on a full time basis, following a lifetime working in local government.

Vicky still gets a buzz from bringing new divers to the sport and helping people take those first fin kicks to qualification. She is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure that people walk away with a smile.
